Our apartment is a luxury fifth floor, 1 bed apartment with a 27' x 14' lounge complete with 2 sofas, dining table for 6, TV, DVD, hi-fi etc and a double balcony with sea views and sun chairs. There is a fully equipped kitchen with full size oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, w/machine, tumble dryer, iron and safe. The bedroom has large built in wardrobe, king-size bed and small balcony. The bathroom has bath with shower over, toilet, bidet, large basin and hairdryer. Bathroom towels are provided but not beach towels.
There are two lifts in the block, which has 5 apartments to each floor, and there is just a penthouse flat above us. The views from the balcony are out to sea and over the nearby Quinta gardens. The block has its own underground car park with our own parking bay. A maid will come in once a week or more if you require. I have left CD's, DVD's, cards etc and many other 'extras'. It is not suitable for young children and is strictly No smoking. There are fans for the summer and heaters if there is a chilly evening in the winter. As people tend to have different queries I'm quite happy to email them whatever they need to know.
The basic price is £375 per week and as Madeira has good weather all year the price only varies for Xmas £475 per week and New Year £550 per week.
